До питання щодо застосування фізичної реабілітації чоловіків похилого віку після інфаркту міокарду на поліклінічному етапі

Abstract

Автори акцентують увагу на тому, що реабілітаційні заходи, які проводяться з чоловіками похилого віку після інфаркту міокарда на поліклінічному етапі дозволяють поліпшити якість життя, зменшити прояви ішемії міокарду, поліпшити показники фізичної працездатності і підвищити толерантність до фізичних навантажень. У статті зазначено, що реабілітація хворих, які перенесли інфаркт міокарда, є складним і все ще недостатньо вивченим процесом - містить комплекс узгоджених заходів медичного, фізичного, психологічного, педагогічного та соціального характеру, спрямованих на найбільш повне відновлення здоров'я, психологічного стану та інвалідності осіб, які втратили ці здібності внаслідок захворювання.

Myocardial infarction is an acute form of coronary heart disease and represents ischemic necrosis of the area of the heart muscle that occurs as a result of acute coronary artery disease. At the same time, there is a discrepancy between the need for myocardium in oxygen and its delivery to the coronary vessels, which leads to ischemia of the myocardium, and in more severe cases, and before necrosis. The success of rehab depends not only on the correct choice of program, the purpose of its implementation, the objectivity of control, a number of other factors, but also to a large extent on the activity of the patient, the personality characteristics, as well as changes in the psyche that arose in him during the illness . The rehabilitation of patients who have suffered a myocardial infarction is a complicated and still insufficiently studied process - contains a complex of coordinated measures of medical, physical, psychological, pedagogical, and social character aimed at the most complete restoration of health, psychological status and disability of persons, which have lost these abilities as a result of the disease. Under cardiological rehab is understood as a complex of medical-supervised measures aimed at helping a patient who has suffered a myocardial infarction or a cardiac surgery for a quick and qualitative restoration of his physical parameters to the maximum possible level of activity. In addition, these measures should ensure a reduction in the risk of recurrent cardiovascular events and delayed deterioration of the functional state of the heart.
