Динаміка показників розвитку координаційних здібностей школярів 7−9-х класів під впливом багаторівневої системи диференційованого навчання

Abstract

У статті надано дані, що свідчать про "низький" рівень розвитку координаційних здібностей у школярів 8-х та дівчат 7-х класів, "нижче середнього" − учнів 9-х та хлопців 7-х класів. Після впровадження багаторівневої системи диференційованого навчання визначено суттєві та достовірні зміни, за усіма досліджуваними параметрами (р<0,05−0,001), в результаті чого рівень розвитку координаційних здібностей у дівчат 7-х класів та школярів 8-х класів з "низького" підвищився до "нижче середнього", у хлопців 7-х класів та дівчат 9-х класів з "нижче середнього" до "середнього", що свідчить про позитивний вплив розробленої моделі організації багаторівневих уроків фізичної культури, на основі диференційованого навчання, на рівень розвитку координаційних здібностей школярів середніх класів.

В статье представлены данные, которые свидетельствуют про "низкий" уровень развития координационные способностей у школьников 8-х и девочек 7-х классов, "ниже среднего" −учащихся 9-х и мальчиков 7-х классов. После внедрения многоуровневой системы дифференцированного обучения выявлено существенные и достоверные изменения, по всем параметрам которые исследовались (р<0,05−0,001), в результате чего уровень развития координационных способностей у девочек 7-х и школьников 8-х классов с "низкого" повысился до "ниже среднего", у мальчиков 7-х и девочек 9-х классов с "ниже среднего" до "среднего", что подтверждает положительное влияние разработанной модели организации многоуровневых уроков физической культуры, на основе дифференцированного обучения, на уровень развития координационных способностей школьников средних классов.

Data, which confirm the "low" level of coordination abilities development at pupils of the 8th grades and girls of the 7th grades, "below the average" level - pupils of the 9th grades and boys of the 7th grades are provided in the article. On the basis of the obtained data the multilevel system of the differentiated study, which consisted in introduction in physical education classes of the differentiated study, taking into account specific features and addition of their contents with the physical exercises directed to increase in level of functional and motive preparedness of pupils of the main school, was developed. The innovative model of the organization of multilevel physical education classes, which consisted in the following, was introduced in the educational process of pupils of the main groups for the first time. Pupils performed the main motor actions which answered contents of the training program in the first half of the main part of a lesson, in the second half, for 10-15 min. before its termination they were distributed on earlier created subgroups. Each subgroup received the individual educational cards with the noted complexes of physical exercises, where dispensing of load was also defined and methodical instructions are provided. After introduction of the multilevel system of the differentiated study, essential and reliable changes on all studied parameters were defined (р<0,001), therefore the level of development of coordination abilities at girls of the 7th grades and pupils of the 8th grades increased from "low" till "below the average", at boys of the 7th grades and girls of the 9th grades from "below the average" till "average". Indicators which characterize abilities to feeling of a rhythm most considerably changed at 13-14 year old girls; manifestations coordinate movements –14 year old boys; manifestations of static balance –13 year old pupils; orientation in space –14 year old pupils; manifestation of time-space and dynamic parameter of movements – 15 year old girls. The conducted researches demonstrate positive influence of the developed model of the organization of multilevel physical education classes, on the basis of the differentiated study, on the level of coordination abilities development of pupils of middle school.
