Готовність фахівців з фізичної культури загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів України до впровадження програми "Спорт заради розвитку" в умовах реформування системи освіти та державного управління

Abstract

В статті визначено проблеми в галузі сучасної освіти у загальноосвітніх та вищих навчальних закладах освіти; охарактеризовано програму «Сталого розвитку 2030» та визначено рівень обізнаності вчителів фізичної культури про «Цілі Сталого розвитку 2030», їх зміст та характеристику.

From the point of view of today, the issue of obtaining high-quality continuing education in Ukraine at all its stages (from preschool institutions to the system of higher professional education, and then adult education) remains very topical. It is noted that signs of a decline in education in Ukraine are: children of the top of society prefer foreign educational institutions; Graduates of educational institutions do not work in the specialty – the goals of training do not have a professional sense; the acquired knowledge does not correspond to the demands of the present; the quality of the acquired knowledge is questionable – nobody checks it; the fall of the teacher's prestige; lack of education in state-building ideas. Problems in the field of modern education in general education and higher educational institutions are determined in the article; The program «Sustainable Development 2030» was described and the level of awareness of physical education teachers about the «Goals of Sustainable Development 2030», their content and characteristics was determined. The first steps for the implementation of the «Sport for Development» and «Sport against the bullying» projects (with the participation of UNISEF Ukraine) revealed: interest among physical education specialists who directly implement the program on the basis of Ukrainian educational institutions that form a well-developed healthy conscious personality; there are no theoretical knowledge and practical skills in implementing the submitted project; It is effective to conduct coaching for specialists who implement the project - it helps to quickly master the features of conducting lessons for the new, non-standard form of use of physical activity in order to change the social behavior of the child; the formation of fundamentally new skills in communication and interaction with peers; preservation and restoration of health.
