В статті показано, що удосконалення навчально-виховного процесу з фізичного виховання студентів потребує наукового обґрунтування найбільш ефективних методичних підходів і технологій організації та проведення навчальних та фізкультурно-оздоровчих занять. Доведено, що внаслідок систематичних занять із гирями поступово збільшується об‟єм серцевого м‟яза, розширюється мережа судин, відбуваються суттєві якісні зміни в організмі. Мета статті полягає в обґрунтуванні методики управління розвитком силових якостей студентів вищих освітніх закладів засобами гирьового спорту. Зміст навчальних занять вправами з гирями здійснюється шляхом відбору засобів, методів і форм використання фізичних вправ через діяльність викладача і студента, що становить собою модель управління розвитком силових якостей студентів.
The article reveals that the improvement of the educational process of students` physical education needs scientific grounds of the most efficient methodological approaches and technologies of organization and realization of the educational, health and fitness classes. The systematic classes with weights are proved to increase the myocardial volume, expand the vasculature and perform significant qualitative changes in organism gradually. The purpose of the article is to ground the methodology of managing the power qualities development of students of higher educational establishment by means of kettlebell lifting. The content of classes which includesthe exercises with weights is conducted by the selection of means, methods and forms of physical exercises usage due to the activity of the instructor and the student, which forms the model of managing the power qualities development of students. The changing of the organizational-content component of the pedagogical process connected with exercises with weights realization in educational process needs the development of the new methodological base, which must consider the specificity of current developments in educational process. The designing of classes which includes the exercises with weights provides universality and detalization of the pedagogical process, learning of the general and detail questions of kettlebell lifting functioning without reference to certain technology of education. Furthermore, the current programme of physical education which includes the exercises with weights must involve these divisions: theoretical, practical, professional-applied physical training and self-study. The means of physical training of kettlebell lifters are exercises of general preparation, subsidiary exercises, ones of special preparation and competitive ones. The exercises with weights are one of the effective means of development of not only power qualities and motor skills, but also abilities to adapt to complicated conditions of future professional activities. The usage of kettlebell lifting means during the educational process of physical education improve functional state, health, physical preparation, development and working efficiency of students significantly and also form positive motivation to regular physical trainings.
