Проаналізовано погляди науковців на проблеми формування готовності майбутніх фахівців з туризму до
анімаційної діяльності в рекреаційно-оздоровчій сфері. Розглянуто питання термінології підготовки у сфері туризму.
Зазначено, що анімаційна діяльність представляє самостійний напрям в рекреаційно-оздоровчій сфері. Охарактеризовано такі поняття, як: «готовність», «професійна готовність», «готовність майбутніх фахівців з
туризму». Доведено актуальність і доцільність обраної проблеми дослідження.
The views of scientists of the problems of formation of readiness of the future tourism
specialists for the animation activity in the recreation and health sphere have been examined. It’s pointed out that the modern state
of animation sphere in Ukraine is characterized by inadequate level of funding and organization and also absent holistic specific
legislation on the organization animation activity by the entities in the tourism activity. The questions of training terminology in the
sphere of tourism have been considered. It’s noted that the animation activity is offering independent a separate area in the
recreation and health sphere. It’s pointed out that the animation activity to actively promotes the harmonious development of the
personality and creation motivation various solutions, including the search for new forms of free artistic pastime. It was noted that the
improving of the quality of professional training for future specialists in tourism who are trained for development, planning and
implementation of the tourist leisure activity is necessary for carrying out the animation activities in the recreational and healthimproving
sphere. It was pointed out that the animation also can be considered as professional activity connected with organization
of creative search for activities in the sphere of the spare time for the providing of the development process of an organized group
and its members on a level of social relations and culture formation. There are characterized such concepts as "readiness",
"professional readiness", "training of the future tourism specialists". It is pointed out that in contemporary cociety there is no
commonly understood notion of "readiness" and the presented definitions of "readiness" testify to the wide diversity of the term. The
topicality and practicability of the chosen research problem is proven.
