Детский аутизм и физическая реабилитация

Abstract

В статье представлен анализ заболевания аутизм. Описаны признаки раннего детского аутизма. Показаны особенности аутистического спектра. Представлены мнения классических авторов-исследователей заболевания детский аутизм. Описаны проблемы раннего детского аутизма, сложности правильной и своевременной постановки диагноза. Виды диагностики раннего детского аутизма и особенности традиционного и нетрадиционного лечения. В статье рассматриваются различные аспекты подготовки специалистов, работающих с детьми. Также приведены примеры реабилитационной работы с детьми-аутистами.

The article presents an analysis of the autism disease. The signs of early childhood autism are described. Features of mental disorders of the autistic spectrum are shown. The views of classical authors-researchers of children's autism are presented. The problems of early childhood autism, the complexity of correct and timely diagnosis are described. Types of diagnosis of early childhood autism and features of traditional, and non-traditional treatment. The article examines various aspects of training specialists working with children. Examples of rehabilitation work with autistic children are also given. Several existing methods for correcting autism, TEACCH and ABA techniques, and playing and musical techniques have been described. The TEACCH method assumes that adults should create a special environment for the child for comfortable personal development, removing all the irritating factors from it. The «Applied behavior analysis» technique is a behavior modification technique suitable for severe forms of autism. The number of children and people falling into the spectrum of autistic disorders, as a rule, are united by common signs, that is, by the presence of a characteristic triad: difficulties in communicating with other people; difficulties in perceiving something new and determined by limited interests; repetitive patterns of behavior.

У статті представлений аналіз захворювання аутизм. Описано ознаки раннього дитячого аутизму. Показано особливості аутистичного спектру. Представлені думки класичних авторів-дослідників захворювання дитячий аутизм. Описано проблеми раннього дитячого аутизму, складності правильної та своєчасної постановки діагнозу. Види діагностики раннього дитячого аутизму і особливості традиційного і нетрадиційного лікування. У статті розглядаються різні аспекти підготовки фахівців, що працюють з дітьми. Також наведені приклади реабілітаційної роботи з дітьми-аутистами.
