Футзал як головний чинник соціальної адаптації студентів I курсу вищих навчальних закладів

Abstract

У даній статті розглядаються студенти першого курсу вищих навчальних закладів. Накопичений великий матеріал по віковій динаміці середніх показників морфологічних і функціональних ознак, а на їх основі розроблялися методики фізичного виховання, що відповідають віковим можливостям і соціальним запитам. У цій статті розглядається позитивний вплив футзалу на адаптацію студентів-першокурсників до соціального життя у колах вищого навчального закладу.

В данной статье рассматриваются студенты первого курса высших учебных заведений. Накоплен большой материал по возрастной динамике средних показателей морфологических и функциональных признаков, а на их основе разрабатывались методики физического воспитания, соответствующие возрастным возможностям и социальным запросам. В этой статье рассматривается положительное влияние футзала на адаптацию студентов-первокурсников к социальной жизни в кругах высшего учебного заведения.

In this article students of the first year of higher education are examined. A large amount of material on the age dynamics of the average indicators of morphological and functional characteristics has been accumulated, and on the basis of these methods physical education methods corresponding to age opportunities and social needs have been developed. This article discusses the positive impact of futsal on the adaptation of first-year students to social life in higher education circles. In the course of these studies, it was found that children of the same chronological age do not represent a homogeneous group: within a single age, a significant percentage of children are found that differ in the rates of physical development, the level of biological maturity and the level of manifestation of motor abilities. But so far, the psychological aspect of the teenage group and the influence of futsal on him have not been studied in scientific works. This article discusses the positive impact of futsal on the adaptation of first-year students to social life in higher education circles. In the case of first-year students, futsal has not only great psychological significance in all the above aspects (since it is a kind of teamwork and a way of avoiding social phobia through physical and social interactions with the players of its team), but also direct physical influence, as an effective sport, helping to support the player's body in a tone.
