Актуальні проблеми формування здоров’язбережувальної життєвої поведінки як складової гуманітарної освіти студентів

Abstract

Розглянуто теоретичні засади сучасної парадигми формування здоров’язбережувальної життевої поведінки як складової гуманітарної освіти студентів, проведено ретроспективний аналіз стану системи фізичного виховання у вишах України та визначено науково-методологічні напрями збереження профільних кафедр.

Рассмотрены теоретические основы формирования здоровьесохраняющего жизненного поведения как составляющей гуманитарного образования студентов, проведен ретроспективный анализ состояния системы физического воспитания в вузах Украины и определены научно-методологические направления сохранения профильных кафедр.

The doctrine of reforming the national system of higher education in Ukraine is built on the transformation of current paternalist methods and forms of pedagogical technologies for carrying out the study process to innovational and progressive European standards that are based on the principles of mutual respect and partner relationship between a professor and a student. The aim of today's higher education in Ukraine implies provision of quality and fundamental education and development of students through creative and persistent self-education and constant self-improvement of their intellectural, creative and physical capacities that have a decisive impact for their future employment and ability to adapt to global social challenges. One of the most important tasks of physical education is conscious involvement of each student into practicing physical culture and sports, which is crucial in the process of forming a healthy lifestyle and responsibility for one's own health. The research considers theoretical foundations of forming health-preserving life behavior as a component of students' humanitarian education and offers the analysis of the state of the physical education system in Ukrainian universities. A retrospective glance into profile materials and our own long experience of research and pedagogical work has allowed us to develop a package of basic value and motivational orientation for the student youth; their ideologial background is based on concepts that prove a dependency of the state of health and physically active life style without harmful habits.
