Удосконалення техніко-тактичної майстерності у студентів-баскетболістів у вищих навчальних закладах

Abstract

У статті розглянуто особливості розвитку техніко-тактичної майстерність у баскетболістів. Баскетбол є ефективним засобом розвитку фізичних якостей, а також сприяє прояву інтелектуальних здібностей і психічних можливостей гравців. За допомогою літературних джерел визначено, що розвиток рівня техніко-тактичної підготовленості гравців у ігрових видах спорту залежить від координаційних здібностей. Сучасні методики спортивних тренувань баскетболістів пропонують велику кількість інструментів і методів для розвитку координаційних здібностей. Дослідження авторів свідчать про необхідність першочергового розвитку у баскетболістів окремих видів специфічних координаційних та кінестетичних здібностей (диференціювання просторових, силових, тимчасових параметрів рухів), здатності до рівноваги, здатності до перебудови рухів і здатності до реагування. Однак у вивченій літературі ми не знайшли рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення техніко-тактичної майстерності у гравців-баскетболістів у вищих навчальних закладах.

The article deals with the peculiarities of the development of technical and tactical skills in basketball players. Basketball is an effective means of developing physical qualities, as well as contributing to the development of intellectual abilities and mental capabilities of players. With the help of literary sources, it is determined that the development of the level of technical and tactical readiness of players in gaming sports depends on coordination abilities. This sport refers to the type of complex coordination sports games with a large number of displacements, physical contact in confrontation with the rival, the constant change of game action, in probabilistic and unexpected situations. Such characteristics of the game require from basketball players display a high level of development of coordination abilities. Modern techniques of sports training basketball players offer a large amount of tools and methods for developing coordination abilities. The authors' research suggests the need for the primary development of basketball players in certain types of specific coordination and kinesthetic abilities (differentiation of spatial, force, time parameters of movements), ability to balance, ability to reorganize movements and ability to react.It is determined that in the scientific-methodical literature and in the theory and practice of physical education and sports the problems of scientifically grounded system of development and improvement of coordination abilities of students-basketball players in higher educational establishments are insufficiently studied and developed, which is one of the decisive factors for achievement of high sports.
