В статті представлено результати досліджень, спрямованих на вивчення окремих механізмів патогенної дії різних груп ендоекологічних факторів на стан здоров’я дітей та молоді, особливо тих представників, що мають вроджені або набуті вади слуху. Розкрито механізм розроблення й впровадження інноваційних шляхів корекції негативного впливу ендоекологічних чинників на стан здоров’я, фізичний розвиток та фізичну працездатність дітей з вадами слуху із залученням педагогічної складової, а саме процесу їх фізичного виховання.
The article presents the results of studies aimed at study of individual mechanisms of pathogenic action different groups of endoecological factors on the health state
of children and youth, especially those with congenital or acquired hearing impairment. The aim of our research was studying of the specificity of the endoecological factors influence on the health state of children with hearing impairments and eliminating the risk of its deterioration by means of physical culture in the process of adaptive physical education. Objectives of the study: differentiation of endoecological factors of the present, which according to the results of recent studies are the most active factors influence on the health of children and youth; studying the results of ecological monitoring of the specialized general-education boarding schools environment; establishing of the somatic health level and morbidity for children and youth with hearing impairment; development, implementation and evaluation of efficiency the technologies of elimination for influence of endoecological risk factors on the health of older school-age children with hearing impairment in the process of their physical education. Methods: data analysis and synthesis of special scientific and technical literature; monitoring of information resources of the Internet; sociological methods (questionnaires); the copy method; pedagogical methods (pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment); methods of mathematical statistics. Discovered mechanism of development and introduction of innovative ways of correction of negative influence of endoecological factors on the health, physical development and physical capacity of children with hearing impairments with the involvement of the pedagogical component - the process of their physical education.
