Теоретичні основи диференціації форм, засобів і методів у процесі навчання фізичної культури

Abstract

В умовах демократизації суспільства, відродження духовності та національної культури необхідним є розвиток інноваційних процесів у загальноосвітній школі. З огляду на це актуальною є проблема дослідження сучасного дидактичного процесу, зокрема, в межах диференційованого навчання. Під диференційованим підходом у фізкультурній освіті розуміють цілеспрямоване фізичне формування учнів через реалізацію їхніх індивідуальних морфофункціональних здатностей. Мету диференційованого навчання необхідно розглядати з різних позицій. Із соціальної позиції це – цілеспрямований вплив на формування фізично здорового потенціалу суспільства. З дидактичної – вирішення проблем сучасної школи шляхом створення нової методичної системи, що ґрунтується на принципово новій мотиваційній основі. З психологічно-педагогічної позиції це – індивідуалізація навчання, яка базується на створенні оптимальних умов для виявлення задатків, розвитку інтересів і фізичних здатностей кожного учня.

At the conditions of democratization of society, revival of spirituality and national culture it is necessary a development of innovative processes at school of general education. At this connection the problem of investigation of modern didactical process particularly at limits of differential learning is actual. As the differential approach at physical education we understand purposeful physical forming pupils with the help of realization of their individual morphological and functional abilities. The aim of differential learning is considered from various positions. From the social position this aim is the purposeful influence on forming physically health potential of society. From the didactical position this aim is solving problems of modern school with the help of creating new methodical system which is based on principally new motive base. From the psychological and pedagogical position this aim is the individualization of learning which is based on creating optimal conditions for opening inclinations, a development of interests and physical abilities of each pupil. The theoretical bases of differentiation of forms, means and methods at the process of learning physical culture are: optimal development of physical abilities to form physically health potential of society; organization of pedagogical process of physical culture which is based on full taking into account morphological and functional possibilities of pupils to develop their physical talents and ability to various forms of moving activities; modeling content and methods of solving tasks of education that rises an interest of pupils to healthy knowledge and determines optimal regime of independent labor at obtaining very necessary moving skills; overcoming physical loads with the help of a differentiation of pupils of the same class and sex on homogeneous groups according to morphological and moving state, creating differential methodic of learning program exercises and according developing and healthy models of realization of physical abilities.
