У роботі обґрунтовано доцільність використання занять аквафітнесом, як засобу корекції фізичного стану
студентів, хворих на ожиріння, у спеціальних медичних групах під час перебування у ВНЗ. Наведено отримані
результати проведеного педагогічного дослідження практичної апробації авторської розробки педагогічних дій. За
результатами експерименту експериментально верифіковано ефективність добраних засобів у процесі фізичного
виховання студентів, хворих на ожиріння, що доводить доцільність її впровадження у курс фізичного виховання
спеціальних медичних груп ВНЗ.
The article the expediency of using aqua aerobics as a means of correction of the physical condition of students with
obesity means of second-degree integrated, in special medical groups during their stay in universities is considered. The urgency of
developing and implementing educational process pilot programs in physical education due to the current situation on the health
status of the universities students.
The task of the work – verify the expediency of using the author's program of exercises using aquafitness in the course of
physical education of special medical groups students with obesity means of second-degree integrated.
The obtained results of the conducted pedagogical experiment of practical testing of author's development of pedagogical
actions are presented. That as a result of a three-year course of studies on the author's program of physical education among the
students of the experimental group, a significant (p<0,01–0,001) improvement in a number of functional indicators of the state of the
cardiorespiratory system іt was established. Is a statistical analysis of the data obtained from the forming experiment confirms their
representativeness and reliability the positive impact of the used author's program on the use of aqua aerobics classes and is
indicates. All grades for the students of the experimental group are higher than for the students of the control group, which is a direct
confirmation of its effectiveness and advantages compared with the current one. The analysis of the results of functional tests of
students of special medical groups, with obesity means of second-degree integrated, during the course of physical education at
higher educational institutions a lack of significant changes in the obtained indicators, which indicates the inadequate influence of the
means used in the process of physical education іt was showed.
