В статті розглядається проблема покращення техніко-тактичної підготовленості школярів старших класів
засобом футбол. Визначено структуру та зміст техніко-тактичної підготовки учнів 10 -11 класів засобом футбол за
нормативними вимогами навчальної програми, визначено рівень досягнень учнів у виконанні технічних та тактичних
прийомів у футболі за п’ятьма руховими завданнями, розроблено комплекс вправ для покращення техніко-тактичних
дій школярів старших класів у футболі та доведена їх ефективність. В результаті педагогічного експерименту, було
встановлено, що основна група учнів (n = 10) покращила свій рівень техніко-тактичних здібностей після 2 місяців
тренувань на 12 % в результаті застосування спеціально розроблених комплексів вправ.
Football plays an important role in the process of solving the problems of physical education. Football
classes in school promote: the formation of motor function; comprehensive harmonious development of the motor apparatus and all
systems of the organism; the formation of a healthy personality. The tactics and technique are closely intertwined in football game.
Technique serves as a means of implementing the tactical intentions of the player. Only excellent technical training allows you to
apply a variety of tactical actions. The tactics of the game are continuously improved as a result of constant attack and defense. This
struggle is the main driving force. Well organized defense allows the team to more successfully carry out offensive actions. The
game in defense is diverse, multi-layered and aimed at the defense of the gate, the active struggle for mastering the ball and the
organization of the attack. As in the attack, the game in defense consists of individual, group and team actions.
The article deals with the problem of improving the technical and tactical readiness of high school pupils by football. The
structure and content of the technical and tactical preparation of the 10 -11-th classes pupils by football according to the normative
requirements of the curriculum was determined, the level of achievements of pupils in the implementation of technical and tactical
methods in football by five motor tasks was determined, a complex of exercises was developed for improving the technical and
tactical actions of high school children in football and effectiveness of them was proved. As a result of the pedagogical experiment, it
was found that the main group of pupils (n = 10) improved their technical and tactical abilities by 12% after 2 months of training as a
result of the using specially designed exercise complexes. Thus, the proposed complexes of physical exercises can be used at
seminars for the upgrading of physical education teachers and used by them in physical education classes during lessons and extra
hours with high school pupils during the Football module.
