dc.description.abstract | The article analyzes the influence of special knowledge on sambo on the competitive and training activities of students. However, it should be noted that the development of physical qualities, the formation of the nature of the athlete and his will to competitive activities most successfully carried out in the process of mastering special knowledge, both during training and competitions. It is proved that success is achieved by those sportsmen-sambists who are able to optimally combine a high level of physical preparedness and special knowledge in the field of physical education. The intellectual development and the special knowledge gained allow the student to correctly evaluate the social significance of physical culture and sport, the objective laws of physical education as a pedagogical phenomenon as a leading link between knowledge and self-improvement, with a greater desire to show self-sustainability and creativity in classes and competitions. . Students' special training should be understood as a system of knowledge concentrated in special scientific disciplines that are the basis of ideas in the field of physical education and sport, the system of humanitarian knowledge, natural sciences related to cognition and scientific support of physical education, as well as intellectual skills and skills that shape confidence and develop cognitive abilities. Knowledge is the main component of the content of education in the physical culture of the individual. They are the level of information through which a conscious attitude to processes and natural phenomena is formed, which is fixed in the memory of man. Knowledge is formed in the conscious activity of man in the form of facts, ideas, concepts and regularities. | ua |
