Покращення якості життя хворих на хронічне обструктивне захворювання легень

Abstract

Мета дослідження – вивчити ефективність впливу запропонованої методики фізичної реабілітації на якість життя хворих на хронічне обструктивне захворювання легень. Після застосування запропонованої програми фізичної реабілітації для кожного хворого на хронічне обструктивне захворювання легень ми спостерігали підвищення загальної якості життя та стану здоров’я в хворих основної групи за рахунок збільшення показників у проблемних субсферах. Хворі основної групи відмітили зменшення дискомфорту, залежності від медикаментів, підвищення мобільності, збільшення життєвої активності, працездатності, здатності до виконання повсякденних справ, зменшення стомлення, покращення сну, мислення, а також покращення особистих взаємостосунків.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease remains one of the biggest health problems for today. In the medical, social and economic terms, it is one of the main causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide; people suffer from this disease for years and prematurely die of it or its complications. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has a significant negative impact on quality of life, including imposing work restraints, normal physical activity, homework, social and family activities, and sleep patterns. The purpose of the study is to study the effectiveness of the proposed method of physical rehabilitation on the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. A comparative analysis of the data of a survey of 130 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of the stage I, light flow in the process of physical rehabilitation was conducted. By randomization, the patients were divided into control and major groups in accordance with the principles of bioethics. All patients were screened at the beginning and end of the study. The assessment of physical capacity of each patient was carried out using generally accepted loading tests. Patients in control groups received treatment according to the protocol and rehabilitation according to the generally accepted method, and patients from the main groups – treatment according to the protocol and rehabilitation according to the proposed method. After application of the proposed program of physical rehabilitation for each patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, we observed an increase in the overall quality of life and health of patients in the main group by increasing the indicators in problem sub-sectors. Patients in the main group noted a reduction in discomfort, drug dependence, increased mobility, increased vital activity, ability to perform daily tasks, reduced fatigue, improved sleep, thinking, and improved personal interactions at the end of the study.
