Педагогічне конструювання та проектування фізкультурно-оздоровчого процесу студентів в умовах модернізації системи фізичного виховання

Abstract

В статті розкрито причини, які вимагають нового конструювання та проектування фізичного виховання у вищих навчальних закладах України. Доведено, що європейська система фізичного виховання студентів заслуговує на те, щоб її упровадити. В той же час постало питання, яким чином за існуючих умов, це можна зробити в Україні. Впровадження факультативних занять з фізичного виховання у вищих навчальних закладах та відміна оцінювання з даної дисципліни, призвели ще до більшого занепаду фізкультурно-оздоровчої діяльності та погіршення здоров’я студентів.

В статье раскрыто причины, которые требуют нового конструирования и проектирования физического воспитания в высших учебных заведениях Украины. Доведено, что европейская система физического воспитания студентов заслуживает на то, чтобы ее внедрить. В то же время возникает вопрос, каким образом в существующих условиях, это возможно сделать в Украине. Внедрение факультативных занятий с физического воспитания в высших учебных заведениях и отмена оценивания с даной дисциплины, привели еще к большему упадку физкультурно-оздоровительной деятельности и снижения здоровья студентов.

The article reveals the reasons that require new construction and design of physical education in higher educational establishments of Ukraine. It is proved that the European system of physical education of students deserves to be introduced in Ukraine. At the same time the question arose, how can this be done under existing conditions in our state. The introduction of the optional physical education classes in higher educational establishments and the abolition of assessment in this discipline have caused an even greater decrease of physical activity and health deterioration of students. The takeover of the European model of organization of physical activity of students requires a full adoption of foreign experience, and not partially as proposed at the state level. The choice of physical recovery activities by students will significantly increase their motivation to physical exercises and thereby have a positive impact on physical condition. At the same time, modern students are not accustomed to systematic physical exercises which is formed since childhood. Modern base of Ukrainian universities and generally in the country is not able to meet the needs of the youth to physical culture and sports. Reorganization of the physical education in higher educational establishments in the optional form requires a powerful material and technical base, and therefore, is inappropriate under existing conditions. Additionally, the essence of modernization of physical recovery process in physical education requires the application of appropriate pedagogical and applied teaching technology.
