В статті розглядаються актуальні питання щодо розвитку основних фізичних якостей студентів-дзюдоїстів. Розкриваються питання фізичної підготовки студентів у процесі занять боротьбою дзюдо. Описано такі фізичні якості дзюдоїста як швидкість, спритність, витривалість, сила та ін. Зосереджується увага на їх значенні та впливі на досягнення високої майстерності при виконанні технічних прийомів. Обгрунтовано характеристики фізичних якостей студентів-дзюдоїстів, а також наводяться вправи, що сприяють розвитку цих якостей у процесі занять по дзюдо.
В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы развития основных физических качеств студентов-дзюдоистов. Раскрываются вопросы физической подготовки студентов в процессе занятий борьбой дзюдо. Описаны такие физические качества дзюдоиста как скорость, ловкость, выносливость, сила и др. Концентрируется внимание на их значении и влиянии на достижение высокого мастерства при выполнении технических приемов. Обосновано характеристики физических качеств студентов-дзюдоистов, а также приводятся упражнения, способствующие развитию этих качеств в процессе занятий по дзюдо.
The article deals with topical issues of development of basic physical qualities of students-judokas. The questions of physical training of students in the process of judo wrestling training are revealed. Physical qualities of a judoist such as speed, agility, endurance, strength, etc. are described. Attention is focused on their significance and influence on achieving high skill in the performance of technical techniques. The characteristics of physical qualities of students-judoists are justified, and also the exercises promoting development of these qualities in the course of judo lessons are given. One of the main objectives of physical education is to develop the physical qualities of university students to be prepared to work and defense today, to university professors arises the problem comprehensive physical development of students, forming harmoniously developed personality and to attract as many students to various physical activity due to a decrease in quality of motivation for physical training and exercise, which is the result of certain historical social x changes. Students today there is some disharmony: the desire and aspiration of young people in developing countries before the will and strength of character. In such circumstances, they are not always able to curb some excessive ambitions and desires.
