Відмінності структури та змісту регламентації змагальної діяльності у змішаних одноборствах

Abstract

У статті визначено спільні та відмінні риси структури та змісту регламентації змагальної діяльності у різних видах змішаних одноборств. У всіх видах змішаних одноборствах наявна ударна техніка, борцівська техніка, і робота в партері, але виходячи із особливостей правил того чи іншого виду спорту, в деяких видах переважає ударна техніка, інших – борцівська та також представлені види змішаних одноборств із відсутньою перевагою тому чи іншому стилю ведення бою. У споріднених видах змішаних одноборств де регламентація змагальної діяльності майже не відрізняється, основною відмінністю може бути різний час і формат поєдинку. Оскільки ми бачимо явні відмінності між різними видами змішаних одноборств, тренувальний процес і особливо підготовка до змагань повинна бути відмінною, ураховуючи особливості структури та змісту регламентації змагальної діяльності.

The differences of the structure and content of regulation of competitive activities in mixed martial arts. Oleg Sogor, Pityn Maryan. The article identifies the common and distinctive features of the structure and content of regulation and competitive activities in different types of mixed martial arts. Every year the formation of new organizations and federations appears in MMA. Today there are about ten sports which are positioned as mixed martial arts that appears in Ukraine. These sports have a significant number of common features in the rules of competition and competitive activity. However, there are characteristic differences provide an opportunity to highlight a particular kind of sport among others. This theory should be reflected in the training aspect of athletes and its scientific and methodological justification. The development of mixed martial arts began with Ancient Greece, where the competitions on pankration took place. The development of society has created a new form of mixed martial arts that we see today. They are all similar, so it may seem that this is one kind of mixed martial arts. All types of mixed martial arts has absorbed the striking , wrestling and brazzilian jiu-jitsu techniques. Based on the characteristics of the rules of a sport some types of MMA dominated by striking and and wrestling techniques. Also we can see the other types of mixed martial arts with no preference for a particular style of fighting. Related types of mixed martial arts regulation where competitive activity is almost the same, the main difference may be a different time and format of the fight. As we can see clear differences between different types of mixed martial arts, the training process and especially the preparation for the competition should be different, due to characteristics of the structure and content of regulation of competitive activity.
