Інтерактивні методи впливу в підвищенні ефективності підготовки дзюдоїстів-ветеранів

Abstract

Мета: запропонувати нову систему підготовки дзюдоїстів-ветеранів із застосуванням інтерактивних методів педагогічного впливу. Матеріал і методи: застосований системно-функціональний підхід. Результати: встановлено позитивний характер взаємовпливу спортивної діяльності та професійно-особового розвитку дзюдоїстів-ветеранів. Обґрунтовано необхідність використання інтерактивних технологій у побудові сучасних спортивно-педагогічних систем, виявлено їх роль і високу ефективність у професійно-особовому розвитку дзюдоїстів-ветеранів. Висновки: обґрунтовано, що навчально-спортивна діяльність на основі використання інтерактивних методів педагогічної дії в цілому сприяє формуванню мотивації досягнення, цінностей, пов'язаних з самоствердженням і самореалізацією дзюдоїстів-ветеранів.

Purpose: to propose a new system of preparation of judoists-veterans with the use of interactive methods of pedagogical influence. Material and methods: the applied systemic-functional approach. The study used the concepts and theories presented in the works of domestic and foreign scholars and practitioners that explore the psychological and pedagogical problems of technical and psychological training of veterans of the sport and their selfdevelopment. Results: positive close relationship of sport activities and the professional and personal development of judoists-veterans. The necessity of using interactive technology in building a modern sports and educational systems, identified their positive role and high performance in professional and personal development of judoists-veterans. The use of interactive methods of pedagogical influence contributes to the formation of achievement motivation, values that are associated with assertiveness and self-realization. In the process of sports from judo veterans tend to ukrepleniju of motivation to achieve success. Age athletes become more confident, set themselves challenging and realistic goals. They are focused on the search for resources and design strategies to achieve them. Change the motives of their professional activities. Increasing external positive motivation of training athletes. Motivation is aimed at strengthening health and maintaining it, to achieve success, to improve the social status, prestige, rewards. Conclusions: it is proved that sports training activity through the use of interactive methods of pedagogical influence contributes to the formation of achievement motivation, values that are associated with assertiveness and self-realization judoists-veterans.
