Технологічний підхід до освітнього процесу у ВНЗ

Abstract

Метою статті є аналіз педагогічної та соціологічної літератури з відомих технологій навчання в організації навчального процесу студентів вищих навчальних закладів. Тема статті є актуальною, тому що ефективність процесу навчання багато в чому визначається технологіями, які використовуються при навчанні. В даній статті розкриваються такі поняття як: технологія освіти, педагогічні технології навчання, технічні засоби навчання. Основний зміст дослідження складає аналіз поглядів різних вчених щодо способу вираження суті педагогічної технології в навчанні студентів. В статті представлено характеристики, які мають належати до технології навчання: сучасність, науковість, оптимізація учбового процесу, інтеграція, широке використання технічних засобів навчання і дидактичних матеріалів, оптимальність учбово-матеріальної бази учбового закладу, якісна оцінка результату учбової роботи. Крім цього в статті розкривається модульно-рейтингова технологія, дистанційне навчання і тестування студентів, які є найприйнятнішими для індивідуалізованого навчання студентів в рамках сучасних технологій. Технологія навчання повинна бути направлена на конструювання і здійснення учбового процесу, який гарантує досягнення поставлених цілей.

The purpose of article is the analysis of pedagogical and sociological literature on known technologies of training in the organization of educational process of students of higher educational institutions. The subject of article is actual since efficiency of process of training in many respects is defined by technologies which are used when training. In this article such concepts as reveal: technology of education, pedagogical technologies of training, technical means of training. The main content of research makes the analysis of views of different scientists concerning a way of expression of an essence of pedagogical technology in training of students. Characteristics which have to belong to technology of training are presented in article: present, scientific character, optimization of educational process, integration, wide use of technical means of training and didactic materials, optimality of educational material resources of educational institution, quality standard of result of study. Besides in article the modular and rating technology, distance learning and testing of students which are the most acceptable for the individualized training of students within modern technologies reveals. The technology of training has to be directed on designing and implementation of educational process which guarantees achievement of purposes.
