The study of functions of organs and systems of an athlete, the coordination of their activities at the level of integrity of provide
adjustment to various environmental factors. The use of adaptation in the training process considerably extends the range of the
athlete's achievements. Management training requires knowledge of diverse variants of manifestation of the adaptive mechanisms, the
disclosure of their internal content.
The practice requires a response to the questions by any particular mechanism unadapted organism turns into an adapted? How
to manage the adaptation process, and to develop its tactics to the simultaneous action of several factors polymodal impact? As
provided by the various forms of human motor activity in variativnyh environments; a manifestation of adaptation in extreme situations?
The genetic program of the human body in its diversity is ready to realize its potential under the influence of the environment. It provides
the appearance of specialized adaptive responses to specific effects, allowing more economical use of energy resources and the
structure of the body, as well as adequate formation of individual states. In essence, the mechanism of individual adaptation is to realize
the potential of genetic programs in the real possibilities of the body. Changes in the nature of external influences rather quickly leads to
the formation of functional systems that provide a response adaptive reactions of the organism. At the same time, to develop the
sustainable adaptation of the emergence of a functional system still does not fix the result. It is essential that in the organs and systems
that form it, any structural changes, with a stable expression of specialized functions, increase its physiological potential.
