Мета: розглянути питання особливостей побудови тренувального процесу спортсменок, які займаються
бодібілдингом протягом річного макроциклу з урахуванням особливостей специфічного біологічного циклу. Матеріал і методи: у роботі використано методи теоретичного аналізу і узагальнення наукової інформації, системний аналіз.
Результати: представлено сучасні підходи щодо особливостей побудови тренувального процесу кваліфікованих
спортсменок, які займаються бодібілдингом; надано детальну структуру побудови річного макроциклу з урахуванням
фаз ОМЦ. Висновки: визначено, що у спортсменок, які займаються бодібілдингом необхідно протягом річного
макроциклу здійснювати детальний розподіл навантажень відповідно до фаз ОМЦ, та необхідно для кваліфікованих
спортсменок враховувати навантаження в базових та передзмагальних мезоциклах.
Anatocia: to consider the features of the construction
of the training process of athletes engaged in bodybuilding during the annual macrocycle taking into account the specifics of a
specific biological cycle. Material and methods: in the work the methods of theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific
information, system analysis are used. Results: Taking into account the recommendations of leading specialists in the field of
developing the training of qualified athletes, the construction of dual training of qualified athletes who specialize in bodybuilding
taking into account the qualifications of CMC during the annual macro cycles is substantiated. In the study, the construction of an
annual macrocycle training athletes was based on the generally accepted theory of periodization, which involves the separation of
macrostructures in the preparatory, competitive and transitional periods, and when menarche was introduced, we developed an
experimental method for constructing mesocycles, developed taking into account the phases of the ovarian-menstrual cycle.
Conclusions: An analytical consideration of the issue with regard to the particulars of athletes training in bodybuilding and personal
supervision of the impact of loads per hundred The renewal of a specific biological cycle makes it possible to recommend the
planning of the training process in all meso cycles of annual training, taking into account the microcycles corresponding to the
phases of the CMC (regenerative - menstrual phase, shock - postmenstrual and postvulatory phases, supporting - premenstrual to
phase). This planning will contribute to the formation of CMC, which has a strong foundation for the formation of functional systems
for further sports activities. The training process of qualified athletes engaged in bodybuilding aimed at achieving high sports results
involves performing the highest loads in the base and pre-race mesocycles, taking into account the performance in separate phases
of the CMC, in other mesocycles of the annual macrocycle, in which the volume of loads is reduced, it is necessary to consider their
distribution in dependence from the individual characteristics of the body of athletes.
