Abstract

Дослідження присвячене обґрунтуванню алгоритму процесу формування коронного прийому змагальної діяльності дзюдоїста-ветерана, кожного з його етапів. Цілеспрямоване формування арсеналу індивідуальних технічних дій у дзюдоїстів-ветеранів з використанням пропонованого алгоритму (7 етапів) реалізується на основі виявлення, наступного поглибленого освоєння і вдосконалення коронних прийомів.

Исследование посвящено обоснованию алгоритма процесса формирования коронного приема соревновательной деятельности дзюдоиста-ветерана, каждого из его этапов. Целенаправленное формирование арсенала индивидуальных технических действий у дзюдоистов-ветеранов с использованием предлагаемого алгоритма (7 этапов) реализуется на основе выявления, последующего углубленного освоения и совершенствования коронных приемов.
