Біологічні основи спортивного відбору здібних до плавання дітей

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблему спортивного відбору майбутніх перспективних плавців з точки зору психосоматичних ознак. Визначено і охарактеризовано поняття спортивного відбору, завдатків, здібностей та обдарованості, які дають змогу своєчасно виявити нахили дітей і таким чином створюють сприятливі передумови для найбільш повного розкриття їх потенційних можливостей. Розкрито основні завдання та критерії на етапах багаторічного спортивного тренування. Виявлено спадково-обумовлені ознаки, морфофункціональні показники та психічні особливості інформативності і, як наслідок, ефективності відбору юних плавців.

Acticle the problem of sports selection swimmers future outlook in terms of psycho-somatic symptoms. Defined and described the concept of sports selection, instincts, abilities and talents that enable timely detection inclinations of children and thus create favorable conditions for the most complete disclosure of their potential. The basic objectives and criteria to multi-stage sports training. According to the results of the study found that the selection sports a long process and requires objective evaluation of individual abilities of young athletes, which should be based on a set of indicators (educational, medical and biological, physiological, psychological), because the focus on athletic performance did not always justify forecast. The highest information content for sports selection of children are due to hereditary characteristics, structure and body shape, flexibility, motor reaction latent time, aerobic performance, long jump from the point of takeoff, running 30 m relative muscle strength, maximum heart rate. The selection swimmers should focus on the following informative morphological factors as: the length of the arms, hands, body weight, vital capacity, chest excursion, the value of traction effort hands, birth dynamometry, buoyancy and streamlining, flexibility in the ankle joints. In studying the psychological characteristics of young swimmers set features promising children of different sexes: -restraint, composure, ability to control their; -motor emotions and reactions, attempts to lead and succeed, elevated mood, sense of duty, resistance to stress, susceptibility to joint actions; -for girls it is - highly developed intelligence, poise, expressed the motivation, dedication, good control of emotions, independence.

В статье рассмотрена проблема спортивного отбора будущих перспективных пловцов с точки зрения психо-соматических признаков. Определены и охарактеризованы понятие спортивного отбора, задатков, способностей и одаренности, которые позволяют своевременно выявить наклонности детей и таким образом создают благоприятные предпосылки для наиболее полного раскрытия их потенциальных возможностей. Раскрыты основные задачи и критерии на этапах многолетней спортивной тренировки. Выявлено наследственно обусловленные признаки, морфофункциональные показатели и психические особенности информативности и, как следствие, эффективности отбора юных пловцов.
