Формування готовності до саморозвитку майбутнього вчителя музики у процесі вокально-хорового навчання

Abstract

Стаття розкриває особливості формування готовності майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва до свідомого саморозвитку в процесі вокально-хорової роботи з учнями. В основу побудови експериментальної методики готовності майбутнього вчителя музики до саморозвитку у процесі вокально-хорової роботи покладено системний, рефлексивно-діяльнісний, творчий, особистісний підходи, що забезпечують цілісність і ефективність вказаного процесу. Розроблена методика формування готовності майбутніх учителів музики до саморозвитку має варіативний і корекційний характер. Передбачено гнучкість освітнього процесу, що відповідає потребам особистості. Важливою умовою формуванню готовності майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва до саморозвитку є створення передумов до постійної освіти протягом усього життя. Це передбачає різнобічний інтелектуальний і творчий розвиток студентів, формування у них гнучких якостей, здібностей до професійного саморозвитку.

The article reveals the peculiarities of forming readiness of future teachers of musical art for conscious self-development in the process of vocal-choral work with students. The system, reflexive activity, creative, personal approaches, which ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the specified process, are based on the construction of the experimental methodology of the future teacher's readiness for self-development in the process of vocal-choral work. A methodology has been developed for forming the readiness of future music teachers for self-development, which has a varied and corrective character. The flexibility of the educational process that meets the needs of the individual is provided. An important condition for forming the readiness of future teachers of musical art for self-development is the creation of prerequisites for continuous learning throughout life. This implies the diverse intellectual and creative development of students, the formation of their flexible qualities, abilities for professional self-development. The results of the first stage of the formative experiment have shown that the formation of readiness of future teachers of musical art for self-development in vocal-choral activity is a complex and lengthy process. It is necessary to implement it step by step, consistently, constantly interested students in the results of the vocal-choral activity with the students.
