Психологічний аспект комунікативних умінь студентів у міжособистісній взаємодії

Abstract

У статті актуалізовано потребу в підвищенні рівня комунікативних умінь іноземних студентів факультетів мистецтв в українських педагогічних закладах. Проаналізовано різні класифікації комунікативних умінь. З’ясовано, що в міжособистісній взаємодії поряд з поведінковою, інтерактивною та суто інформаційною, важлива роль відведена психологічній складовій. Прослідковано зв'язок між якостями особистості та уміннями, які у тандемі необхідні для успішного спілкування. Підкреслено, що психологічний аспект комунікативного процесу забезпечується перцептивною, мотиваційною, експресивною та рефлексійною складовими, що впливає на реакцію, вибір стилю комунікації та напряму поведінки особистості. Узагальнення різних поглядів на основну дефініції сприяло визначенню поняття "комунікативні уміння студентів України і Китаю". Окреслено перспективу у вивченні змісту та структури комунікативних умінь студентів України і Китаю у процесі вокально-ансамблевої діяльності.

The article actualized the need to increase the level of communicative skills of foreign students of faculties of art in Ukrainian pedagogical institutions. Different classifications of communicative skills are analyzed. It is revealed that, along with behavioral, interactive and informative, an important role is assigned to the psychological component in the interpersonal interaction of the students. The connection between the personality traits and the skills necessary for successful communication is traced. It was revealed that the psychological aspect of the communicative process is provided by the perceptive, motivational, expressive and reflective components. The psychological component influences the reaction, the choice of the style of personality behavior. The generalization of different perspectives on the main kategory contributed to the definition of the concept of "communicative skills of students of Ukraine and China." The prospect of studying the content and structure of communicative skills of students of Ukraine and China in the process of vocal-ensemble activity is outlined.
