Туринський процес як напрям підвищення якості професійної підготовки в Україні

Abstract

У статті розглядається актуальна проблема якості підготовки фахівців у професійних навчальних закладах. Детально проаналізовано останні дослідження і публікації, в яких започатковано пошук концептуальних підходів до модернізації професійної освіти та підвищення якості підготовки в Україні. Визначено, що важливою складовою вивчення стану підготовки в Україні є ряд напрацювань в рамках Туринського процесу. Окреслено основні виклики з якими стикається сучасна система професійної освіти та шляхи вирішення проблем в рамках Туринського процесу.

В статье рассматривается актуальная проблема качества подготовки специалистов в профессиональных учебных заведениях. Детально проанализированы последние исследования и публикации, в которых начато поиск концептуальных подходов к модернизации профессионального образования и повышения качества подготовки в Украине. Определено, что важной составляющей изучения состояния подготовки в Украине есть ряд наработок в рамках Туринского процесса. Очерчены основные проблемы с которыми сталкивается современная система профессионального образования и пути решения проблем в рамках Туринского процесса.

The actual problem of quality preparing of specialists in a vocational college are considered in the article. In justified analysis of modern state of training it was determined that the quality of specialists’ preparing is low nowadays and is not correspond to labour’s market demands and European standards. The last researching and publications are analysed in details where the researching of conceptual approaches in modernization of professional training and increasing quality training in Ukraine through the experience of European education and the features of specialists’ training in the European’s Union countries were founded. It was determined that the main component of studying the state of a quality training in Ukraine is the range of achievements as a part of Torino process. The main steps of formation of total European’s professional training system are highlighted in the article. Besides that it was determined to create the European centre of developing professional education is the need to coordinate actions to modernise the professional education in the European’s Economic Partnership countries. The European Educational Fund was founded on account of broadening of EU and it got modern features. It was determined the necessity of introduction of Copenhagen process into the professional education, it became the particular prologue of Torino process. In nowadays circumstances the most effective tools to be suitable to European standards of national system of professional education and to increase the quality training on the European level is the active involving of professional establishment to Torino process. The problems in modern system of professional education as a part of Torino process are analysed, where the low quality of specialists’ training is determined in negative sense. With the traditional challenges the problem of personal level which influence to the level of specialist’s competitiveness, among them psychological, communicative and social kind (there are no habits of employment, self presentation); inability to do adequate assessment of cost price in the labour’s market etc.). The ways of increasing of quality training as a part of Torino process are highlighted.
