Формування культури здоров’я майбутніх вчителів фізичної культури

Abstract

У статті розглядаються проблеми формування культури здоров’я студентів – майбутніх вчителів фізичної культури. Висвітлено теоретичні засади поняття «культура здоров’я». Обґрунтовується необхідність підвищення якості підготовки майбутніх вчителів фізичної культури як фахівців, спроможних дбати не тільки про власне здоров’я, а здатних формувати культуру здоров’я школярів, впливати на розвиток здоров’язбережувальної компетентності учнів.

В статье рассматриваются проблемы формирования культуры здоровья студентов – будущих учителей физической культуры. Освещены теоретические основы понятия «культура здоровья». Обосновывается необходимость повышения качества подготовки будущих учителей физической культуры, способных заботиться не только о собственном здоровье, а способных формировать культуру здоровья школьников, влиять на розвитие здоровьясохраняющей компетености учеников.

This article deals with the issues of the formation of health culture in the students – future physical education teachers. Theoretical foundations of the notion «health culture» are provided. The necessity of quality enhancement in the training of future physical education teachers as specialists, able to care not only about their own health but also capable to form the health culture in the pupils, is demonstrated; as well as the importance of skills in influence of the development of the pupils’ competence in health care. The care about the health of every citizen is and has always been the most important aim of the society. Education has in priority an aim to develop the future physical education teachers in a way that they care about their own health and health of the others as the highest social value. One of the most important tasks in the preparation of the future physical education teachers is the formation of their health culture on the high level. Due to the fact that it is a physical education teacher who not only forms pupils’ notion of health and it’s role in our life, but also uses teaching technologies which form pupils’ competence in health care. The urgency of the search of ways of healthy people upbringing, and not only conservation and maintaining of health, shows the problem of the health culture formation of a future physical education teacher as a specialist able to form pupils’ knowledge and skills in care of their health.
