Формування готовності майбутніх педагогів до роботи з дітьми раннього віку

Abstract

У статті розглядається проблема формування готовності майбутніх педагогів до роботи з дітьми раннього віку. Зазначається, що готовність майбутніх педагогів необхідно розуміти як здатність на професійному рівні сприяти всебічному і гармонійному розвитку дітей раннього віку. Для її формування необхідні педагогічні умови: створення позитивної мотивації студентів до навчання; теоретичні знання і практичні уміння із розвитку, навчання і виховання малюків; проходження практики у групах дітей раннього віку; використання сучасних програм для їх розвитку і науково-методичний супровід майбутніх педагогів.

В статье рассматривается проблема формирования готовности будущих педагогов к работе с детьми раннего возраста. Отмечается, что готовность будущих педагогов необходимо понимать, как способность на профессиональном уровне содействовать всестороннему и гармоничному развитию детей раннего возраста. Для ее формирования необходимы педагогические условия: создание положительной мотивации студентов к обучению; теоретические знания и практические умения по развитию, обучению и воспитанию детей; прохождения практики в группах детей раннего возраста; использование современных программ для их развития и научно-методическое сопровождение будущих педагогов.

The article deals with the problem of forming the readiness of future teachers to work with children of early age. It is noted that the readiness of future educators should be understood as the ability at the professional level to promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of young children. An early childhood (from 1 to 3 years old) is one of the important stages in life of a baby . During this period, the child starts to walk well; is developing speech, substantive and cognitive activity, communication with adults and peers. That is why special attention in the work of preschool institutions is paid to the professional readiness of a teacher-educator for work with children of early age. The readiness of future teachers to work with young children should be understood as a complex integrated notion that includes interrelated components: motivational, cognitive, operational and reflexive. It is these components that determine the ability of future teachers to interact professionally with young children. Formation of readiness of future teachers for work with children of early age should be considered as a certain process of development of a specialist, his personal qualities, and character, arising under the influence of economic, social, psychological and pedagogical factors. Formation of a person is defined as a certain level of his achievements. In order to achieve a high level of professional readiness for future teachers to work with young children, appropriate pedagogical conditions need to be created. In our opinion, the most expedient pedagogical conditions are: creation of positive motivation of students to study; theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the development, education and upbringing of children; passing the practice in groups of young children; use of modern programs for their development and scientific and methodological support of future teachers. Promising areas for further scientific research on this problem are the development of a scientifically-based pedagogical system for forming the readiness of future teachers to work with young children.
