Діяльність громадських організацій України та Німеччини з пошуку й перепоховання жертв Другої світової війни (1990-ті - 2014 рр.)

Abstract

Автором аналізується діяльність громадських інституцій України та Німеччини в контексті проблеми пошуку й перепохованням жертв Другої світової війни наприкінці ХХ-го – на початку ХХІ ст. Розглядається робота Народного союзу Німеччини з догляду за військовими похованнями, Всеукраїнського громадського об’єднання «Союз «Народна пам'ять» та інших громадських організацій обох країн з пошуку, ексгумації, перепоховання та увічнення пам'ять жертв Другої світової війни на території України у 1991-2014 рр.

In the ХХ century in Ukraine have been two world wars and millions of Ukrainian became victims of brutal repression on political and ethnic grounds. Unfortunately, by this time one of the "white spots" in the history of XX century is sad period victims of the last world war, hundreds of thousands of unidentified missing persons who died at the front, who died during the liberation struggle, victims of repression, famine and punitive operations, fighters for freedom of Ukraine. Thousands of human bodies were hastily covered with earth to pluck from the explosions of bombs and shells, heartless dumped in pits, roadside ditches, gullies and pits.The author analyzes activity community institutions of Ukraine and Germany in the context of search and reburial of victims of World War II the end of the XX - the the beginning of XXI century. Consider the work German War Graves Commission, Ukrainian public association "Union" People's memory" and other public activity community of the two countries in search exhumation reburial and perpetuate the memory of victims of World War II in Ukraine in 1991- 2014 years. The purpose of this article carries out a comprehensive analysis of public institutions in Ukraine and Germany in the context of search and reburial of victims of World War II in the late XX - early XXI century. The objects of the research in the article are the social organizations to search and reburial of victims of World War II in international relations Ukraine and the Federal Republic of Germany. The subject of the study is the work and development of NGOs in cooperation Ukraine and Germany.
