Медичне обслуговування та повсякденна гігієна учнівської молоді України доби "застою"

Abstract

У статті висвітлено медичне законодавство, що стосується охорони здоров’я дітей та молоді Української РСР періоду «застою». Виділено проблеми в сфері медичного обслуговування та гігієни учнівської молоді. Розкрито основні плани заходів по медичному обслуговуванні школярів та якість проведення медичних оглядів в школах. З’ясовано роль Червоного Хреста в роботі з учнівською молоддю в зазначений період в школах УРСР. Проаналізовано режим дня та повсякденна гігієну школярів.

Allocated the main problems that existed in the area of health and hygiene for young students. Solved the basic plans for health care pupils and the quality of medical examinations in schools. Clarified the role of the red cross in working with students in this period, at schools of the USSR. Light up organizational and methodological work with pupils. Analyzed the mode of the day and daily hygiene students. The children were given instructions on the proper use of things of personal hygiene, etc. No attention left and negative aspects of the medical services of the younger generation. Attention is drawn to the fact that schools do not always complied with the instructions on the organization of hygiene of schoolchildren in rural areas, medical examinations were not carried out properly or not carried out. In some schools, information booths on health and not held hygiene lessons that were planned by the Ministry of education and science jointly with the Ministry of health. Also one of the main disadvantages of the school was in violation of sanitary-hygienic regime in the school was insufficient lighting artificial and natural, was not always clean water to drink and designated areas for hand washing. The main reason for this attitude to health care pupils was lack of funding from the state and lack of attention from the patrons of the school.
