У статті розглядаються шляхи професіоналізації через формування системи естетичних мистецьких компетентностей у студентів, які спираються на впровадження структури професійної готовності до педагогічної діяльності. Висвітлюється нетрадиційні
форми роботи у концертмейстерському класі при підготовці майбутнього вчителя музики.
The article discusses the ways of professionalization through
the formation of the system of aesthetic artistic competencies of students, based on the implementation of the structure of professional readiness for pedagogical activity. Nontraditional forms of work in concertmaster class during in the preparation of the future teacher of music are considered, for example, the method of intuitive foresight of artistic events, the method of nonverbal emotional response, the method of "artistic collage." Certain concrete nontraditional and creative forms of work with a piano duet in 4 hands in concertmaster class are considered. The different approaches to the structure of readiness for pedagogical activity are analyzed. A description of a new genre of ukrainian folk musical is given, which is a nontraditional for
the educational literature in general; concrete fragments of the folk-musical for implementation of experimental creative searches in the course of concertmaster class are offered.
The specificity of classes in the concertmaster class is considered, which consists in instilling of skills of an ansamblist to the specialist-individualist, meaning the art to understand and
share feelings of the musicians, who perform together a piece of music.
