The authors Ostapov A. V, Gordienko E. V, Musiyachenko E. V on "Theoretical justification personally oriented professional training of future specialists in physical education and sports in higher education" explored the contradictions that arise between: the requirements of the information society to the training of future specialists in physical education and sports and their qualifications under the educational qualification level; processes of democratization and humanization of science teaching and practice to ensure appropriate physical education and their reflection in the training of future specialists in physical education and sport; massive training of future specialists in physical education and sport and individual creative nature of their profession; theoretical and methodological principles of training of future specialists in physical education and sport in higher educational institutions. Resolving these contradictions requires a rethinking of the purpose, content, functions and tasks of training future specialists in physical education and sport in higher educational institutions of Ukraine according to the requirements of individual oriented paradigm of education, the need to ensure a highly competitive physical education teacher, a coach from a particular sport. The state of development of research problems in educational theory and practice of higher education institutions; identified and justified organizational and methodological conditions personally oriented professional training of future specialists in physical education and sport: agreed goals personally oriented professional training of future specialists in physical education and sport to the overall goals of higher physical education; implementation of the principle of continuity in content and organizational forms of professional training of future specialists in physical education and sport in higher educational institutions.
