Фізична реабілітація жінок хворих на гіпертонічну хворобу 1-2 ступеня на санаторно-курортому етапі лікування

Abstract

В статті представлено авторську програму фізичної реабілітації жінок хворих на гіпертонічну хворобу І-ІІ ступеня на санаторно-курортному етапі лікування, що спрямована на покращення стану серцево-судинної системи. Визначено позитивний вплив розробленої програми на динаміку гемодинамічних показників та рівень фізичного стану жінок 55-60 років хворих на гіпертонічну хворобу.

В статье представлена авторская программа физической реабилитации женщин больных гипертонической болезнью І-ІІ степени на санаторно-курортном этапе лечения направленная на улучшение функционального состояния сердечно-сосудистой системы. Показано положительное влияние разработанной программы физической реабилитации на динамику гемодинамических показателей и уровень физического состояния женщин 55-60 лет больных гипертонической болезнью.

The article presents the author's program of physical rehabilitation of women patients with hypertension grade I-II at the sanatorium stage of treatment aimed at improving the functional status of the cardiovascular system. Displaying a positive effect of physical rehabilitation program developed on the dynamics of hemodynamic parameters and level of physical condition of women 55-60 years with arterial hypertension. Object – the physical rehabilitation of the patients with arterial hypertension. Subject – the effect of hydrokinesitherapy on the functional state of the cardiovascular system of women with arterial hypertension. Arterial hypertension is one of the most widespread diseases of cardiovascular system, a long progression of which can cause severe functional disorders of the body. So, today hypertension as a disease of civilization is a major medical and social problem, whose solution has been developed and implemented national program for the prevention and treatment of hypertension, but the priority it was recognized medicinal methods of correction of high blood pressure. Therefore, there is a need to supplement the known physical rehabilitation programmes, to use effective means of physical rehabilitation for a better recovery of the functions of body systems. The use of physical rehabilitation in women with hypertension I-II degree on sanatorium treatment helps significantly reduce the dose of drugs and reduce the risk of their side effects on the body, which is very important for the continuation of life expectancy for patients. The use of exercise, massage and physioprocedures helped improve the general well-being naturally associated with decreased blood pressure in both groups of patients . Comparison of the results of our observations showed that the purpose of proper medical complex at the sanatorium stage promotes more rapid decrease in blood pressure, which in turn leads to a decrease in other disorders. A more fasting days coupled with swimming and gymnastics in the pool further contribute to effective treatment.
