Формування професійного іміджу майбутнього гувернера у процесі навчання у ВНЗ

Abstract

У статті розглядається проблема формування індивідуального професійного іміджу майбутніх гувернерів. Система підготовки передбачає формування і розвиток необхідних професійних якостей, знань, умінь. З іншого боку, її важливою складовою є пошук професійного іміджу. Розвиток гувернерського іміджу – це система індивідуальної роботи, яка спрямована на розкриття й самореалізацію неповторності, притаманної кожному педагогу. Автор статті вважає, що доцільним є уведення спецкурсу ―Педагогічна майстерність гувернера‖, у якому розглядатимуться шляхи формування основних складових іміджу через систему практичних занять, тренінгів тощо.

В статье рассматривается проблема формирования индивидуального профессионального имиджа будущих гувернеров. Система подготовки предполагает формирование и развитие необходимых профессиональных качеств, знаний, умений, ее составляющей является поиск профессионального имиджа; система работы, направленной на самореализацию неповторимости педагога. Автор статьи убежден, что введение спецкурса ―Педагогическое мастерство гувернера‖, в котором будут рассматриваться пути формирования составных имиджа через систему практических занять, тренингов, будет способствовать решению этой задачи.

This paper deals with the problem of formation of individual professional image of the future tutors during their studies in high school. The system of training tutors involves the formation and development of the necessary professional skills, knowledge and abilities. Another important component of this system is the search and development of professional image. Development of tutor image is a system of individual work that focuses on disclosure and free self-realization of one's personal "I", individuality inherent to each teacher. Attractive professional image of a tutor is the key to competitiveness in the educational market. The professional image of teaching staff is based on several factors. The external characteristics of a person that are designed to accentuate or create one's uniqueness and originality have to be taken into consideration. But not less important for teachers (and also tutors) are one's internal characteristics. Gestures, manners, communication qualities, pedagogical tact, language culture, pedagogical intuition are important components of image. The formation of these components occurs during professional training. The individual professional image shows personal tutor holistic way, one's most important business and personal qualities. Well-formed image should match the status and social role of tutor in the educational space. The author believes that formation and development of individual professional image of the future tutor is relevant and appropriate in the general educational, social and educational sciences. Besides, it is possible to implement a special course "Pedagogical skills of a tutor". In a system of practical classes and trainings the ways of creating the main components of image can be examined.
