Технологічна компетентність майбутнього вчителя початкових класів як наукова категорія педагогічного дослідження

Abstract

У статті розглядається проблема технологічної компетентності майбутнього вчителя початкової школи та шляхи її формування. Зроблено аналіз технологічної компетентності педагога як складової його професійної підготовки. Визначено, що технологічна компетентність майбутнього вчителя початкових класів складається із особистісних характеристик і комплексу знань і умінь як результату професійної підготовки, що дозволяє майбутньому фахівцю початкової освіти ефективно організовувати навчально-виховний процес у початковій школі.

В статье рассматривается проблема технологической компетентности будущего учителя начальной школы и пути ее формирования. Сделан анализ технологической компетентности педагога как составляющей его профессиональной подготовки. Определено, что технологическая компетентность будущего учителя начальных классов состоит из личностных характеристик и комплекса знаний и умений как результата профессиональной подготовки, позволяет будущему специалисту начального образования эффективно организовывать учебно- воспитательный процесс в начальной школе.

The article focuses on providing the definition of the term of technological competence of a future primary school teacher. The author analyzed the technological competence of a teacher as a component of his professional training. The technological competence of a future primary school teacher is defined as one of the personal characteristics and complex knowledge and skills as a result of training, allows future specialist primary education to organize effectively the educational process in primary school, to pick up the best educational technologies for teaching and education of younger students, monitor academic progress of primary students and his own professional activity. The formation of technological competence of the future primary school teachers is based on the cognitive, operational, methodological, analytical and reflective skills, which students get during the process of training in the university. Formation of technological competence of the future primary school teachers is possible is there are specific conditions provided such as a high level of students' motivation to learn, clearly defined learning objectives, enrichment the cycle of professionally-oriented disciplines in the training of future teachers of primary level education with the ideas of and technological and competence-based approaches. Primary school teacher of the modern school is increasingly finding himself in the role of researcher of new opportunities that are opening up in front of him. This role requires the development of reflective skills and the abilities to reorganize his personal professional activity. The high level of technological competence is necessary for the preparation of the future primary school teacher; it provides ability to choose the most efficient actions in changing situations on the basis of continuous self-knowledge and self-identity. Mastering technological competence promotes increasing of professional level of the future primary school teacher.
