У статті розглядаються особливості планування навчальних навантажень на уроках фізичної культури з
учнями основної школи під час вивчення варіативного модулю «Баскетбол», метою яких є розвиток швидкісно-силових
якостей підлітків та вдосконалення ігрової підготовленості з баскетболу досліджуваних хлопчиків та дівчаток.
В статье рассматриваются особенности планирования учебных нагрузок на уроках
физической культуры во время изучения вариативного модуля «Баскетбол» с учащимися основной школы, целью
которых является развитие скоростно-силовых качеств подростков и совершенствование игровой подготовленности
в баскетболе среди исследуемых мальчиков и девочек.
The article deals with planning training loads on physical training lessons with secondary school students.
The main purpose of physical education lessons in high school is to develop the physical qualities of teenagers and enriching
gaming arsenal boys and girls. School age is the most favorable period for the development of motor skills. This period is
characterized by significant growth ontogeny all anthropometric indicators. Physical indicators of growth and mental development
reach the state, which is close to the same index in adults. That is why a special place to improve motor capabilities adolescents 12-
13 years occupying power-speed. According to the literature information high level of speed and power quality plays have a key role
in achieving victory results in many kind of sports. Scientific analysis of literature information and advanced sports practice show that
development of power-speed to high school age - a complex and ineffective process. But middle school age creates optimal
development power-speed favorable conditions. Also, great attention should be paid to improving the running, coordination abilities
and comprehensive development of all physical qualities that determine the formation capabilities to a high degree of concentration
of efforts in different phases of running at speed, jumping and throwing in, sporting, mobile games and martial arts. Despite the wide
range of research on the problems of school physical education in general, and research that deal with solving issues of physical
qualities in terms of school lesson, in our opinion remains poorly understood issues of power-speed secondary school pupils by
means of basketball. The purpose of our research is experimental confirmation of the effectiveness of the developed pedagogical influence aimed at developing speed-strength abilities of secondary school pupils by means of basketball.
