Характеристики професійного педагогічного мислення вчителя: теоретичний аналіз

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано важливість професійного педагогічного мислення для ефективної діяльності вчителя. Проаналізовано погляди науковців на основні якості та властивості, наявність яких забезпечує високий рівень педагогічного мислення вчителя. Простежено зміни, що відбувалися в характеристиках цього мислення протягом другої половини ХХ – початку ХХІ століття. З’ясовано, що важливою ознакою професійного педагогічного мислення в сучасних умовах вважається його аксіологічна складова, яка забезпечує ставлення вчителя до своєї педагогічної діяльності та до учнів як до особистісної цінності.

Обоснована важность профессионального педагогического мышления для эффективной деятельности учителя. Проанализированы взгляды ученых на основные качества и свойства, наличие которых обеспечивает высокий уровень педагогического мышления учителя. Мы проследили изменения, происходившие в характеристиках этого мышления в течение второй половины ХХ – начала XXI века. Выяснено, что важным признаком профессионального педагогического мышления в современных условиях считается его аксиологическая составляющая, которая обеспечивает отношение учителя к своей педагогической деятельности и к ученикам как к личностной ценности.

The article deals with pedagogical thinking formation among the students of pedagogical high school and clears up the essence of pedagogical thinking as professional competence of the teacher. On the basis of analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical literature essence of concept professional and pedagogical thought. The importance of professional and pedagogical thought for effective activity of teacher is grounded. The looks of researchers on basic qualities and properties, the presence of which is provided a high level of professional and pedagogical thought of teacher are analysed. Changes which took place in descriptions of this thought during the second half of XX – the beginning of XXI century are traced. It is found out, that in modern terms the important sign of professional and pedagogical thought the aksiologichna constituent which provides attitude of teacher toward the pedagogical activity and to the pupils as to the personality value is considered. On the basis of the psychological and educational research analysis the concepts of pedagogical thinking and system of pedagogical thinking formation is given. The scientific views on the quality and practice-oriented characteristics of professional pedagogical thinking of teachers prove the presence a wide range of qualities, properties, skills in its composition. If considering these features in historical retrospective review, we can state not only a gradual increase in their number, but also the concretization of manifestations, filling previously known skills with a new content, taking into account modern requirements to professional skills, competence of the teacher. An important aspect of professional and pedagogical thinking arises humanistic component that orientate the process of training and education on the subject-subjective, the dialogue principles in which the teacher and the student are equal participants in the educational process.
