Умови підготовки вчителя фізичної культури на різних ступенях освіти

Abstract

Підготовка висококваліфікованих фахівців в Україні протягом тривалого часу проводилася за системою: середня школа, технікум, інститут, аспірантура, докторантура, курси підвищення кваліфікації. Перехід до ринкових відносин, зміна умов праці та виробництва вимагають впровадження нової системи освіти. В статті розглядаються питання щодо підготовки фахівців з фізичного виховання у вищих педагогічних навчальних закладах в Україні за системою багатоступеневої освіти. Метою дослідження є розробка методики формування організації та якості навчання в системі багатоступеневої професійної підготовки майбутніх вчителів фізичної культури в педагогічній теорії і практиці вищих навчальних закладів України.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы подготовки специалиста по физическому воспитанию в высших педагогических учебных заведениях в Украине по системе многоуровневого образования.

Training of specialists in Ukraine for a long time was carried out by the system: high school, College, Institute, postgraduate, doctoral, advanced training courses. The transition to a market economy, change of conditions of labor and production require implementation of a new system of education. The article deals with specialist training in physical education in higher educational institutions in Ukraine in the system of multilevel education. The purpose of the study is to develop methodology of formation of the organization and the quality of teaching in the multilevel system of professional training of future teachers of physical culture in pedagogical theory and practice of higher educational institutions of Ukraine. Conclusions: On the basis of scientific and methodological analysis of defined problems, the combination of the obtained theoretical conclusions the essence of the issue of professional training of future teachers of physical culture and developed an integrated structural-functional model of optimization of professional training of specialist in the university. Optimization of professional training we understand deliberate choice by teachers of the best option the build process, which provides for a certain time, the maximum result that corresponds to the needs of society in regard to the training of specialists. The created model of training, which consists of two components which are interrelated and complementary: the optimization of the scientific organization of pedagogical work and optimization of the educational process of future teachers of physical culture. The criteria of optimization of professional preparation of future teachers of physical culture are: maximum efficiency, compliance with hygienic standards of time cost and maximum compliance of the results of socially-related goals set by the company before the high school.
