Інноваційні технології організації фізичної підготовки в навчальних закладах збройних сил України

Abstract

Дослідження представлені в статті розкривають результати системного аналізу навчально-вихованого процесу у навчальних закладах Сухопутних військ. За результатами аналізу особливостей професійного навчання курсантів різних військових спеціальностей та визначених кореляційних взаємозв’язків фізичної та професійної підготовленості курсантів обґрунтовано та розроблено модель фізичної підготовки військових навчальних закладів Сухопутних військ. Авторська технологія враховує етапність навчально-виховного процесу та складається з двох основних етапів: етап базової підготовки та етап спеціальної підготовки. В статті обґрунтовано представлено мету, завдання та зміст фізичної підготовки на кожного з етапів навчання у військовому навчальному закладі.

Исследования представленные в статье раскрывают результаты системного анализа учебно-воспитанного процесса в военных учебных заведениях Сухопутных войск. По результатам анализа особенностей профессионального обучения курсантов различных военных специальностей и выявленных корреляционных взаимосвязей физической и профессиональной подготовленности курсантов обоснована и разработана модель физической подготовки учебных заведений Сухопутных войск. Авторская технология учитывает этапность учебно-воспитательного процесса и состоит из двух основных этапов: этап базовой подготовки и этап специальной подготовки. В статье представлены цели, задачи и содержание физической подготовки на каждом из этапов обучения в военном учебном заведении.

The researches presented in the article reveal the results of system analysis of educational process in Land Forces military educational establishments. Clarified that the current program of physical training of peacekeepers is not effective, since not fully take into account environmental and climatic conditions of their activity. The analysis of the dependence of the level of professional training of cadets on the level of fulfillment of physical exercise which characterizes the development of certain physical, functional and psycho-physiological qualities of cadets is done. It is determined the most effective means of physical training to improve professional skills of cadets. The model of physical training in Land Forces military educational establishments is grounded and is worked out according to the results of analysis of the professional training of various military specialties of cadets and certain correlation relationship of physical and professional training of cadets. Author's technologies takes into account the stages of the educational process and consists of two main stages: basic training stage and special training stage. The article presents the aims, tasks and content of physical training at every stage of training in military educational establishment. It is worked out the correspondent conception of physical training, which includes the programs of improvement of general physical readiness of cadets at the junior courses, programs of improvement of professional readiness of cadets at the four major groups of specialties by means of physical training at the senior courses, programs of formation of methodical readiness and programs of testing and evaluation of physical readiness of cadets during educational time in high educational establishments of Armed Force Land.
