На основі теоретичного аналізу психолого-педагогічної та наукової літератури у статті з’ясовано деякі поняття, що розкривають сутність професійної складової підготовки майбутнього тренера-викладача до професійної діяльності. На засадах здійсненого дослідження доведена актуальність професійної підготовки майбутнього тренера-викладача до професійної діяльності у педагогічній теорії та практиці.
На основе теоретического анализа психолого-педагогической и научной литературы в статье выяснены некоторые понятия, раскрывающие сущность профессиональной составляющей подготовки будущего тренера-преподавателя к профессиональной деятельности. На основе проведенного исследования доказана актуальность профессиональной подготовки будущего тренера-преподавателя к профессиональной деятельности в педагогической теории и практике.
On the basis of theoretical analysis of psychological-pedagogical and scientific literature in article clarified some concepts, revealing the essence of the professional component of the preparation of future coaches to professional activity. On the basis of the study proved the relevance of professional preparation of future coaches for professional activity in educational theory and practice. The analysis of scientific literature on the selected problem shows that in the theoretical and practical aspects of pedagogical science is the search of ways of improvement of professional athletic education. Most scientists involved in research on the problems of professional-pedagogical education that recognize the need for its modernization and offer various solutions to this problem. The author is of the opinion that one of the important directions of the modern higher school is rethinking goals and objectives of the training of future specialists for professional activity under the new conditions of social and economic development of the country. A necessary condition for effective training of trainer-teacher for future activities should be the organization of educational process of training in higher educational institutions taking into account the objective necessity and social significance. The study was certified the existence of different opinions of scientists regarding the definition of “preparation”, “preparation”, “professional training”, “ready”, “readiness for professional activity”, “activity”, “qualification”, “profession”, “specialty”. Indicates that the professional-pedagogical preparation of specialists in physical culture and sports should contribute to the holistic development, self-development and personal growth of students of higher educational institutions. Prospects for further research are the study of other aspects of professional preparation of future coaches for professional activity in higher educational institutions.
