Функціональний стан дітей з вадами розумового розвитку

Abstract

У статті представлений аналіз функціонального стану дітей з вадами розумового розвитку на підставі проведених тестових завдань. Наведено статистичні дані про стан та кількість захворюваних в країні. Відображено значення фізичного виховання у інтеграції та соціалізації дітей з розумовою відсталістю.

В статье представлен анализ функционального состояния детей с отклонениями умственного развития на основании проведенных тестовых заданий. Представлены статистические данные Всемирной организации здравоохранение и Министерства труда и социальной политики Украины о состоянии и количестве заведений для детей с подобным диагнозом. Освещены вопросы интеграции и социализации детей с данной нозологией. В статье рассмотрены вопросы о роли и значении физического воспитания в организации занятий для детей с особыми потребностями.

The analysis of functional state of children with mental deflections on the base of testing are presented in the article. The statistical date of the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy of Ukraine about the condition and quantity of establishments for children with similar diagnosis are examined. The article deals with the questions of integration and socialization of children with this nosology. The role and importance of physical education in the organization of lessons for children with learning disabilities are emphasized. 23 pupils (17 boys and 6 girls) of Smeliansk psycho- neurological boarding school of Cherkassy region participated in this research. All children had the same main diagnosis: ‘mental defectiveness” (average and hard degree), Down’s syndrome. The testing results of functional state of children with mental defectiveness of average and hard degree are detected. It was established that 100% of children, which participated in testing, had low level of body functional systems development (heart rate, blood pressure, vital capacity of lungs). This can be explained by the main diagnosis of all children. The benchmarks of the main functional indices of healthy children (according to the scientific data) and the functional indices of children with mental deflections are presented. The reasons of differences both medical and social-pedagogical criteria are underlined.
