Порушення постави у дітей з бронхо-легеневими захворюваннями

Abstract

Мета: проаналізувати проблему порушення постави у дітей з гострими бронхо-легеневими захворюваннями. Обстежено поставу у 143 дітей з гострими бронхо-легеневими захворюваннями (64 дітей з пневмонію (у 2 з них ускладнену плевритом), та у 79 пацієнтів - різні форми бронхіту), які поступили на лікування в обласну дитячу лікарню. Проаналізовано згідно даних літератури вплив порушення постави на функцію респіраторної системи. За даних огляду за «Нью-йоркським тестом класифікації постави тіла» та «posture score sheet» виявлена достовірна відмінність між даними оцінки постави (р<0,01). Виявлена різницю в оцінці постави дітей за різними картами обстеження. Доцільно обстежувати поставу дітей з бронхо-легеневими захворюваннями у двох площинах та враховувати дані результати при складанні програми з фізичної реабілітації.

Обследовано осанку в 143 детей с острыми бронхо-легочными заболеваниями (64 детей с пневмонией (в 2 из них усложненную плевритом), и в 79 пациентов - различные формы бронхита), поступивших на лечение в областную детскую больницу. Результаты исследования. Проанализировано по данным литературы влияние нарушения осанки на функцию дыхательной системы. По данным осмотра за «Нью-йоркским тестом классификации осанки тела» и «posture score sheet» выявлена достоверная разница между данными оценки осанки (р <0,01). Обнаружена разницу в оценке осанки детей за разными картами обследования. Целесообразно обследовать осанку детей с бронхо-легочными заболеваниями в двух плоскостях и учитывать данные результаты при составлении программы по физической реабилитации.
