У статті наводяться результати експериментально-педагогiчного дослідження та викладаються методичнi вказівки з розвитку координаційних здібностей у дівчат-студенток на заняттях з міні-футболу по просторово-тимчасовому i силовому параметрах, здатності до утримання статичної та динамічної рівноваги.
В статье приводятся результаты экспериментально – педагогического исследования и методические указания по развитию координационных способностей у девушек-студенток на занятиях мини-футболом по пространственно - временному и силовому параметрах, способности к статическому и динамическому равновесию.
Coordination abilities comprise: spatial orientation, accuracy of perception of movement on spatial, power and time parameters, statistical and dynamic balance. Novelty of exercise which studies, is supported by increase of coordination difficulties and creation of external conditions. The decision of impellent problems assumes performance of the mastered impellent actions in unfamiliar situations. The major principle of selection of exercises for dexterity development - is as much as possible variety. The substantive provision in a technique of development of dexterity at sportsmen is regular and consecutive their training to new different impellent actions (to habits, ability) and creation on this basis more than difficult forms of coordination of movements. Considering dynamics during experiment of accuracy of movements at young football players on spatially-power parameter on an example of throwing and jumps, it is necessary to notice that in all cases of an error of pupils at reproduction of the set movements have decreased. For all football players of improvement of accuracy in exercises during experiment was more considerable and authentic, than in throwing where changes have character of a tendency. By results football players increases at 43,6 % have been revealed. All changes were authentic. Testing in the end of the experimental period in time estimations has shown that at pupils of experimental group the considerable and authentic gain of this ability has taken place. Analyzing dynamics of development of static and dynamic balance at young football players during forming experiment it is necessary to notice that in all results have improved. Results of the spent forming experiment have allowed to draw conclusions: the made pedagogical experiment for check of efficiency of the complex developed by us on improvement of coordination abilities at young football players has yielded positive results and allow to recommend the developed technique for the use in other training groups.
