У статті сформульовано місію сучасного фізичного виховання, узагальнено дані про стан фізичної підготовленості школярів та висвітлено складові здорового способу життя. На основі існуючої системи навичок здорового способу життя з’ясовано інноваційні можливості для їх ефективного формування у школярів. Як підсумок, визначено сформовано організаційну модель фізичного виховання школярів у формуванні навичок здорового способу життя у позашкільний час.
В статье сформулирована миссия современного физического воспитания, обобщены данные о состоянии физической подготовленности школьников и освещены составляющие здорового образа жизни. На основе существующей системы навыков здорового образа жизни определены инновационные возможности для их эффективного формирования у школьников. В качестве итога сформирована организационная модель физического воспитания школьников формировании навыков здорового образа жизни во внешкольное время.
The article formed the mission of modern physical education, some of the data on the state of pupil’s physical education were generalized and the components of a healthy lifestyle were highlighted. The innovative opportunities were identified on the basis of the healthy lifestyles’ existing system for their efficient generation of schoolchildren. In modern conditions of physical education as a sociocultural phenomenon becomes very important, as is to perform a fateful mission to save mankind from degeneration and degradation. The reality of this threat is due not only to the spread of harmful habits (smoking, alcoholism, drug addiction) or a violation of the diet, but also rapid in the last decade the development of computer technology, which significantly improved the process of communication in society, simultaneously resulted in unwanted consequences. To summarize formed defined organizational model of physical education of schoolchildren in the formation of skills of a healthy lifestyle after school hours. Generated organizational model for the formation of a healthy way of life by means of physical education includes the following organizational components: valeological the learning process and the main directions of its activity, forms of implementation zdorovesberegajushchego direction, organizational-pedagogical conditions of realization of the proposed model, the results of operations. Physical education in the context of the specifics of modern life plays a decisive part in the formation of a harmonious personality, as it ensures the mobilization of "healthy spirit" of a person, requires a certain self-organization, promotes self-education, associated with addictions and creates the need for a balanced and healthy meal. Physical education provides for the formation of physical culture of a person as component of its overall culture, a kind of "life principle", based on the everyday life of schoolchildren.
