Фізичне виховання студентів спеціальних медичних груп хворих на вегето-судинну дистонію

Abstract

Охарактеризовано проблемні аспекти побудови занять фізичного виховання для студентів спеціальних медичних груп хворих на вегето-судинну дистонію. На основі аналізу літературних джерел з’ясовані шляхи вдосконалення та завдання оздоровчих занять з фізичного виховання для студентів хворих на вегето-судинну дистонію. Зазначено, що для даного контингенту осіб ефективно застосовувати оздоровчу ходьбу, біг та фітнес-технології. Доведено актуальність і доцільність обраної проблеми дослідження.

Физическое воспитание студентов специальных медицинских групп больных вегето-сосудистой дистонией. Охарактеризованы проблемные аспекты построения занятий физического воспитания для студентов специальных медицинских групп больных вегето-сосудистой дистонией. На основе анализа литературных источников выясненные пути совершенствования и задания оздоровительных занятий по физическом воспитании для студентов больных вегето-сосудистой дистонией. Отмечено, что для данного контингента лиц эффективно применять оздоровительную ходьбу, бег и технологии фитнесса. Доказана актуальность и целесообразность избранной проблемы исследования.

The article characterized problem aspects of organization of physical education classes for students of special medical groups having vegetovascular dystonia. On the ground of literature sources’ analysis the article disclosed the ways for improvement and tasks of healthful classes of physical education for students having vegetovascular dystonia. It was pointed at the methodological basis of physical education classes for this students’ contingent, grounded at the consideration of individual physiological characteristics and determined by these illnesses and physical abilities of every student.The main factors boosting the development of vegetovascular dystonia are listed: original disposition, endocrine alterations of organism, diseases of endocrine glands, stresses, neurosises, psichoemotional pressure; organic lesions of a brain (traumas, blastemas, brain circulation failure – blood-strokes). The classifications of vegetovascular dystonia is given. The article determined the factors need a solution to rise the effectiveness of physical education classes: following the individual orientation of the physical education course in the special medical groups, which is providing with the consideration of the level and form of vegetovascular dystonia; ensuring of appropriate level of motion activity of this contingent during the education, which is the guarantee of improvement of students’ health state; development of technologies for implementation of self-facilitated classes during the extracurricular time, directed at the results’ reinforcement of physical education classes. It was noted that for this persons’ contingent it’s effective to use the constitutional walk, running and fitness technologies. The importance and usefulness of chosen research problem was proven.
