В статье рассматривается методика развития силы при построении учебно – тренировочного процесса пауэрлифтеров. Установлено, что планирование тренировки позволяет выполнить большие физические нагрузки, которые способствуют совершенствованию тренировочного процесса.

Powerlifting (power lifting) recently appeared in Ukraine in recent years is gaining popularity. However, published data concerning the characteristics of training in the sport yet accumulated enough known only a few details on this issue. Training and competitive activity engaged in powerlifting athlete associated with the manifestation of the maximum force. Development and improvement of motor qualities in athletes and, in particular, muscle strength, has been studied by many well-known experts. However, are still controversial issues related to the development and improvement of methods of force, the selection and order of the exercises, the size of weights, number of sets and repetitions, frequency of similar loads, alternating loads and recreation. Methodology development and improvement of muscle strength was formed is still mainly oriented lifter exercises that are marked speed-strength and requires a manifestation of explosive power. Competitive powerlifting exercises (squats on his shoulders, bench press and bent rods) are performed, usually in the static-dynamic mode, muscle contraction, and is the property of power. In addition, it is known that each sport has its own special physiological mechanism of efficiency, which requires specific training system. Despite the diversity of approaches to the construction of the training process in the system based on the concept of alternating loads, providing the fulfillment of their phase supercompensation.
