Експериментальна перевірка моделі професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до роботи з учнями з відхиленнями у стані здоров’я

Abstract

У статті подані результати експериментальної перевірки ефективності моделі професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до роботи з учнями з відхиленнями у стані здоров’я. Визначено, що ефективність цього напряму професійної підготовки найбільше залежить від змістового наповнення та клінічної практики (формування готовності до цього напряму роботи та зокрема її когнітивного, діяльнісного та ціннісно-мотиваційного компонентів), при цьому на особистісну сферу майбутніх учителів фізичної культури (зокрема, формування комунікаційного, організаційного, рефлексивного компонентів готовності) значний вплив мають активні методи навчання.

В статье поданы результаты экспериментальной проверки эффективности модели профессиональной подготовки будущих учителей физической культуры к работе с учениками с отклонениями в состоянии здоровья. Определенно, что эффективность этого направления профессиональной подготовки больше всего зависит от смыслового наполнения и клинической практики (формирование готовности к этому направлению работы и в частности её когнитивного, деятельностного и ценностно-мотивационного компонентов), при этом на личностную сферу будущих учителей физической культуры (в частности, формирования коммуникационного, организационного, рефлексивного компонентов готовности), значительное влияние имеют активные методы обучения.

The article, which are based on an analysis of scientific literature, identified that the professional preparation of future teachers of physical culture to work with schoolchildren with disabilities in the state of health has not yet become the subject of special research, and supplies the result of experimental verification of the effectiveness of the model of professional preparation future teachers of physical culture to work with schoolchildren with disabilities in the state of health. Model of professional preparation of future teachers of physical culture to work with school children with disabilities in the state of health is a system of elements that reflect the relations, functions of the process of preparation and is aimed at achieving the goal - the formation of their readiness for this work (value-motivational, cognitive, organizational, communication, active, reflexive components), which is achieved through the use of conceptual and methodological (methodological approaches, principles, functions, training), organizational and procedural (suitable the content, tools, forms, methods of preparation) and diagnostic (criteria and indicators of readiness formation, and its methods for determining levels) tools in terms of reflexive educational environment and involves three steps: methodological, procedural, diagnostic. Determined that the effectiveness of professional preparation future physical training teachers to work schoolchildren with disabilities in the state of health depends on the semantic content and clinical practice (formation of readiness for this area of work and in particular her cognitive, active and value-motivational components). The active learning methods carry significant impacts on the personal sphere of future teachers of physical education (the formation of the communication, organizational, reflexive components of readiness).
