Анімаційні програми з використанням засобів туризму у рекреаційній діяльності студентської молоді

Abstract

Розглянуто проблему використанням засобів туризму у рекреаційній діяльності студентської молоді. Зазначено, що істотну роль в збереженні здоров’я студентської молоді відіграє підвищення мотивації до використання засобів туризму у рекреаційній діяльності в повсякденному житті і вибір адекватних засобів компенсації дефіциту повсякденної рухової активності. Наведено аналіз публікацій вчених про рекреаційну діяльність в туризмі та особливості використання анімаційних програм. Подано сценарій проведення походу вихідного дня, який проводиться на о. Хортиця, м. Запоріжжя. Доведено актуальність і доцільність обраної проблеми дослідження.

Рассмотрена проблема использованиям средств туризма в рекреационной деятельности студенческой молодежи. Отмечено, что существенную роль в сохранении здоровья студенческой молодежи играет повышение мотивации к использованию средств туризма в рекреационной деятельности в повседневной жизни и выбор адекватных средств компенсации дефицита повседневной двигательной активности. Приведен анализ публикаций ученых о рекреационной деятельности в туризме и особенности использования анимационных программ. Подан сценарий проведения похода выходного дня, который проводится на острове Хортица, г. Запорожья. Доказана актуальность и целесообразность избранной проблемы исследования.

The article deals with the problem of tourism facilities use in the recreational activity of student youth. It was noted that an essential part in the health maintenance of the student youth belongs to the enhancing of motivation to use tourism facilities in the recreational activity in everyday life and choice of adequate functionality to compensate for the deficit of everyday physical activity. The analysis of experts’ publications about the recreational activity in the tourism was given. It was pointed out that recreational activity is considered as youth activity in spare (non-academic) time for recovering, for stimulation of physical and spiritual strength and personality’s all-round development mainly with the help of natural factors at the dedicated areas situated out of the place of permanent residence. Features of animation programs usage, as well as holding of healthful and recreational classes for student youth were disclosed on the ground of literature sources. The scenario for day-off hiking on the Khortitsa island was given. The main purpose and tasks of this event are: tourism popularization among youth; healthy lifestyle promotion; improving of tourism skills’ level and technique of participants; teaching for the club’s core group of organizational events’ skills; promotion of ecological thinking, of careful attitude to nature and formation of skills for living in the field environment; finding of the most able participants for the formation of the Classical private university picked team in the tourism technique. The importance and usefulness of the chosen problem is proved.
