Інтеграція в системі неперервної професійної освіти майбутніх фахівців з туризмознавства у вищих навчальних закладах

Abstract

Стаття розкриває деякі питання інтеграції в системі неперервної професійної освіти майбутніх фахівців з туризмознавства. Визначена роль інтеграції в системі неперервної професійної освіти України, доведена її закономірність та доцільність на сучасному етапі розвитку українського суспільства. Розкрито перспективні напрями та авторські пропозиції щодо вирішення окремих питань, пов’язаних з означеною проблемою.

Раскрыты некоторые вопросы интеграции в системе непрерывного профессионального образования будущих специалистов по туризмоведению. Определена роль интеграции в системе непрерывного профессионального образования Украины, выявлены перспективные направления и авторские предложения по решению вопросов, связанных с данной проблемой.

The article reveals some of the problems of integration in the system of the content professional training of future masters in tourism studies. The role of integration in the system of continuing professional education in Ukraine proved its legitimacy and appropriateness at the present stage of development of the Ukrainian society. The study created an opportunity for identifying promising directions and copyright of proposals to address specific issues related to the problem. Integration in higher education due to the law of development of science and is associated with an active manifestation of the trend towards the integration of scientific knowledge. That integration is seen as a condition for the synthesis of scientific knowledge, increasing their complexity and system. The study of the general laws of formation of the whole person in the learning process in higher education are the most productive in the humanitarian field of study.Finding ways to address the issues of improving the training of students capable of productive professional work, the owner of the system expertise, professional skills, formed professionally significant qualities and an appropriate level of qualification in accordance with the requirements of a modern market system encourages industry professionals to improve educational content, forms and methods of training specialists of new formation, the introduction in the educational process of modern information learning tools.
